Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, all proprietary platforms, tools, and methodologies presented on this website (such as our core Agent OS or Enterprise Gateway) remain the intellectual property of ZenOne Labs.

In no event shall ZenOne Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our public website.
